It was almost as if he used "religion" and "Christianity" synonymously, refusing to acknowledge that any other type of religion exists. He wants children to be allowed to pray in school and openly celebrate Christmas, but he doesn't mention anything about non-Christian holidays or practices. Ironic how he complains about "liberal attacks" on religion, yet his entire message is an attack on every non-Christian (and non-straight) person.

so well put. it always shocks me when hate mongers manipulate the public by making it seem as if they are under attack and fighting for their rights when in reality they are the very ones stripping rights away from people while they indulge in all of their freedom. the concept of rick perry feeling as though his rights are under attack is laughable. either way, hopefully this new campaign video will inspire throngs of silent people to stand up for equal rights!
